# Terms and Conditions for Booking Smash Court

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a Smash court. Your use of the facilities and booking platform indicates your agreement to these terms. These conditions apply to all visitors and users.

•  Bookings and Payment

1. Regular bookings must be made through the online booking platform.
2. Group bookings are made directly with management.
3. All fees are displayed on the website and are subject to change without notice.
4. Full name, phone number, and email must be provided when booking.
5. Bookings are only complete after full payment and email confirmation.
6. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Reservations are held for only 15 minutes after the scheduled time.

•  Cancellation and Refunds

– No refunds for cancellations made by the renter.
– In case of cancellation by the facility, an alternative booking or partial refund may be offered.

•  General Usage Rules

1. Adhere to specified booking times.
2. Reselling or subleasing bookings is not allowed without written consent.
3. Follow staff instructions and safety rules.
4. Maintain cleanliness of facilities and return equipment to its place.
5. Management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone behaving inappropriately.

• Special Rules for Badminton Hall

– Only appropriate footwear is allowed.
– Maximum of 8 people per court.
– Court must be vacated within 5 minutes after the end of the booking time.

•  Bathrooms and Changing Rooms

– No food or drinks allowed (except water).
– Use of audio and visual devices is prohibited.
– Children under 6 should be accompanied.

•  Liability and Compensation

– Renters are responsible for any damage to facilities.
– Management is not responsible for loss or theft of personal property.

•  Additional Rules

– Smoking and alcohol are prohibited inside the facilities.
– No pets allowed.
– Dispose of garbage properly.
– Use of facilities for training or competitions requires prior approval.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of bookings without compensation. Management reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
